Press release from the issuing company

TELFORD, Pa. — Tiger Printing Group, a full-service commercial printing company, has added a Mitsubishi Diamond 3000S with coater to its fleet of technology. The addition of the six-color, 40-inch press enables Tiger Printing to fulfill the gamut of commercial projects, while meeting the demands of ad agency, designer and specialty work. "This is the second 40-inch press for Tiger Printing," said Bruce Pedersen, CEO. "We've increased our clientele over the past year, and customers are demanding more colors, coatings and faster runs. Adding the Diamond 3000S allows us to complete six-color work plus coating in one pass for better color reproduction, using larger press sheets and proven automation." Formed in 2002, Tiger Printing specializes in high-end printing of marketing materials, magazines, brochures and direct-mail pieces. The company's new press is now fully operational with more than 5 million impressions already completed. Notable automated features include the ability to capture makeready data from prepress and download all information into the console of the press to reduce makeready times. Mitsubishi manufactures a comprehensive lineup of Diamond Series presses, available in 28-inch, 40-inch, 51-inch and 56-inch formats in configurations up to 12 colors. Mitsubishi is at the forefront of the implementation of the Job Definition Format specification, permitting the Diamond Series presses to afford zero makeready, decreased waste, accelerated job changeover, added value and increased competitiveness.
