Nicole Doucette and Errica Saunders will assist companies conducting executive and professional direct hire and contingency searches as well as fulfilling ‘temp ‘ and ‘temp to hire’ positions. Nicole Doucette has been appointed account manager for PrintStaff with recruiting responsibilities for client accounts. For nearly eight years, Nicky has been involved in customer service roles. During the past few months as administrative assistant, Nicky has impressed PrintStaff management and customers with her intelligence and ability to quickly grasp the nuances of the staffing business. Nicky is extremely familiar with the northern part of Massachusetts and will be revisiting past clients to offer staffing assistance. Errica Saunders joins PrintStaff as placement coordinator, responsible for recruiting personnel for PrintStaff clients in the metro Boston area. Errica’s experience in recruiting includes a role at a medical staffing agency, specializing in diagnostic imaging. She demonstrated expertise recruiting technically trained staff, including ultrasound technologists, echocardiographers, vascular technologists and respiratory therapists. Errica also has familiarity working for a generalized staffing firm, and has a particular affinity for, and expertise in, placing people in traveling positions. Errica earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Anthropology from Boston University.
