Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a multi-year contract by American Media, Inc., the nation's largest publisher of celebrity, health and fitness, and Spanish language magazines, for the premedia and printing of eight specialty titles. The term value of this agreement is expected to exceed $175 million. Beginning in the first quarter of 2006, RR Donnelley will produce Shape, Men's Fitness, Fit Pregnancy, Natural Health, Muscle & Fitness, Muscle & Fitness Hers, Flex and Looking Good Now magazines.
