Printable Names Marc B. Fors Chairman of the Board

Solana Beach -- Printable Technologies, Inc., today announced that Marc B. Fors, past President and CEO of httprint inc., has assumed the position of Chairman of the Board, replacing Jim Sullivan, who has held the position since January 2000 and who will remain on the PTI board. "We are extremely pleased to have Marc join us. He has the operational experience and leadership to help us achieve our goals," said Sullivan. Mr. Fors has 30 years of experience in graphic arts, print management, and workflow solutions. He began his career in 1975 with RR Donnelley in Chicago and held several positions including Director of Corporate Marketing and Vice President of Magazine Sales. Mr. Fors served as Executive Vice President of Maxwell Graphics and as one of the founders, helped build the company through acquisition and organic growth to $900 million. When Maxwell was acquired by Quebecor in 1990 Mr. Fors went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer of Quebecor Printing (USA) Inc., responsible for all US facilities. In 1994, as President and CEO, he led the turnaround of American Signature Graphics Inc., a $300 million, nationally known printer of high-quality magazines and catalogs, which also became part of Quebecor-World in 1997. Prior to leading httprint inc. Mr. Fors served as President and CEO of Sheridan Books Inc., one of the largest short-run book distributors in the US, which he helped form through the combination of BookCrafters Inc. and Braum-Brumfield of Ann Arbor, MI. "Marc is well known to our company and comes to Printable with impeccable industry credentials," said Coleman Kane, Printable President and CEO.
