Sun Chemical Relocates Global Headquarters to Parsippany, New Jersey

PARSIPPANY, NJ - February 18, 2005 - Sun Chemical, the world’s foremost manufacturer of printing inks and organic pigments, today announced it has relocated its global headquarters to Parsippany, New Jersey. “We are excited to make the move into our new world-class office,” said Wes Lucas, chairman, president and CEO, Sun Chemical. “Our headquarters supports the management of our global units where Sun Chemical does its day-to-day business. The building is a purpose-built site that better fits our present needs and the size of our headquarters staff. It will accommodate Sun Chemical’s continued growth strategy and allow us to provide our clients and strategic business units with expanded, efficient services.” The new 66,065-square-foot facility features a state-of-the-art conference center. Parsippany, NJ is approximately 30 miles west of New York City and 20 miles northwest of Newark Liberty International Airport. The Sun Chemical headquarters had been in Fort Lee, NJ, since 1971.
