Press release from the issuing company

HAMILTON, BERMUDA--Feb. 10, 2005-- VistaPrint, the source for high-quality graphic design, Internet printing and premium service, today announced the addition of Richard T. Riley to its Board of Directors. Riley, the former President and CEO of New England Business Service, a $720 million public company servicing the small business market, brings his vast industry expertise to VistaPrint to help the company achieve continued success. "VistaPrint has more than 4 million customers and has been profitable since mid-2001 mostly because our patented technologies allow us to service the small business market with high-quality, low-cost design services and printed products that meet their needs," said Robert Keane, president and CEO of VistaPrint. "We're thrilled Rich has agreed to join our board. His knowledge and expertise will provide us with a tremendous advantage as we continue to offer our market-leading products and services to the small business arena and beyond." Richard T. Riley is currently President and COO of LoJack Corporation, the publicly traded global leader in stolen vehicle recovery technology. Previously he served as president, CEO and COO of New England Business Service, which was acquired by Deluxe Corporation in May 2004. Riley also held the title of President with several other companies within the New England Business Service Corporate Group including Rapidforms, which was acquired by New England Business Services in 1997, McBee and Safeguard, all of which operated in the small business market. Riley is a CPA who started his career in public accounting. He holds a degree from The University of Notre Dame. In addition to VistaPrint, Riley serves on the board of Micro-Coax, Inc. and LoJack. "Working in the small business space for so many years, I'm very familiar with the challenges small businesses face every day," said Richard Riley, VistaPrint board member. "VistaPrint's high-quality graphic design services and printed products make smaller businesses look like big businesses. The company serves such an enormous need that VistaPrint is positioned for even more success in the future and I'm excited to be part of it." VistaPrint is harnessing the Internet to revolutionize the graphic design and printing world. The company's groundbreaking, patented and proprietary technologies enable VistaPrint to offer custom designed, full-color, low-cost printed products even in small quantities. Unlike costly traditional graphic arts techniques which produce custom printed orders one at a time, VistaPrint employs patented technologies to aggregate custom orders from around the globe and to print them in groups at highly automated production facilities. This technology enables VistaPrint to deliver enormous volumes of high-quality, customized orders simultaneously and for a fraction of the cost of graphic designers and traditional printers.
