Presstek's Marino and Moosa Sign New Three Year Agreements

HUDSON, N.H., Feb. 3 -- Presstek, Inc., a leading provider of direct digital imaging technology, announced today that Edward J. Marino, Presstek's President and Chief Executive Officer and Moosa E. Moosa, Presstek's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer have signed new three-year employment agreements with the company extending their employment through 2008. Presstek Board Member and Compensation Committee Chairman John W. Dreyer said, "We are delighted that Ed and Moosa have agreed to continue to guide Presstek's future. Leading Presstek's solid management team, Ed and Moosa have transformed the company, establishing a solid foundation, and setting a strong course for the future. The three-year terms of their new contracts provides the company with the important continuity of leadership. We are looking forward to the future with them at the helm." Commenting on his new agreement Edward J. Marino said, "I am extremely pleased to have the continued opportunity to lead Presstek at this incredibly exciting time in its history.
