Exstream Teams with Digipro, S.A. de C.V. to Distribute Dialogue in Mexico and Columbia

Press release from the issuing company

February 2, 2005—www.exstream.com— Exstream Software, Inc. announced today it has given Digipro, S.A. de C.V. the right to sell and distribute its Dialogue software throughout Mexico and Columbia. Digipro, headquartered in Mexico City, provides document management solutions for financial firms, banks, telecommunications firms, utilities, government institutions and other organizations that communicate with a large base of installed customers on an ongoing basis. Exstream's distributorship agreement provides Digipro the opportunity to offer a high-performance enterprise personalization solution to customers who want to deliver sophisticated, one-to-one communications that reflect the complete client relationship. In Latin America, over 95 percent of customer communications still take place via paper-based documents, making it a very powerful channel for companies to expand customer relationships for increased profitability. Dialogue's robust functionality allows companies to create any kind of personalized communications from high-volume bundled billing documents to reports and other fully customized communications, while meeting business requirements for speed to market, cost-effectiveness and increased customer retention. Additionally, Dialogue's regulatory support and enterprise workflow technology automates document management, allowing highly regulated industries to deliver compliant communications more efficiently. “Dialogue adds significant value to all types of customer documents. It makes it possible to cross sell and up-sell services via the statement, as well as respond quickly to market shifts,” said Alejandro Ibarra, vice president of sales for Digipro. “Dialogue also makes it easy for companies to provide customers with easy-to-understand statements and invoices. Clarity of information will decrease the number of questions and complaints to customer support personnel, saving companies time and money. We look forward to offering our customers such a powerful solution.” “Exstream views Mexico as a key market for expanding license sales of our products in Latin America,” said Steve Whitman, executive vice president and international general manager for Exstream. “Digipro has an impressive track record of delivering integrated solutions that help companies communicate more effectively with their customers. These solutions include design, application development, delivery and archiving for the customer’s document life cycle. We have been working with Digipro for close to a year now and have already seen very positive results.”
