Press release from the issuing company

MALVERN, Penn.--Jan. 18, 2005-- IKON Office Solutions, the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, will host the second annual IKON Insight Series, a 12-city seminar series aimed at helping executives and IT managers achieve operational success beyond the convergence of print, copy, scan and image technology. The 2005 IKON Insight Series, "Beyond Convergence: Delivering Operational Success through Document Management," will feature expertise from leading industry analysts Keith Kmetz and Riley McNulty of IDC, who will take a closer look at a more strategic approach to document management to streamline workflow and enhance processes. In addition, IKON customers will offer first-hand experiences in implementing document management strategies to help achieve greater efficiency and productivity enterprise-wide. "Convergence has enabled organizations to utilize print, copy, scan and image technology to more effectively create and manage documents within one device," said Cathy Lewis, Senior Vice President of Marketing for IKON.
