Presented at Corporate University Week 2004 by HRevents, a division of the International Quality and Productivity Center (IQPC), IKON University was named Best Mature Corporate University. The award, which examines corporate learning organizations that have been in existence for more than five years, evaluated how established corporate universities respond to meeting new organizational goals and how these corporate universities align with changing business requirements. In addition, IKON University received second place in the Best Overall Corporate University category, which evaluates learning organizations' contributions to the overall success of the companies they support and how corporate universities deliver training, as well as the enculturation of learning throughout the company.
