Oce Appoints Four Senior Vice Presidents to Manage North American Operation

CHICAGO, Dec. 7 -- Oce, a global leader in digital document management and delivery solutions, today announced the promotions of Dennis Riordan, Bill Mayer, Michael Scordino, and Dan Krzesinski to Senior Vice Presidents. These new titles are in recognition of their effective service to the company and their expanded responsibilities across multiple divisions and operating companies. Dennis F. Riordan is now Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oce-USA Holding with responsibility for all aspects of the company's administrative activities including banking, treasury, insurance, taxation, financial reporting, management information systems, operations, and real estate for the operating companies in North America. He is a member of the boards of directors of Oce-USA Holding, Oce North America, Oce Business Services, and Oce Financial Services and chairman of the boards of Arkwright and Oce Mexico. Dennis joined the company in 1997 as Vice President and CFO of Oce-USA Holding with previous experience at Coopers and Lybrand, Wilson Sporting Goods, and Sunbeam Household Products. William E. Mayer is Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Oce-USA Holding in which role he is responsible for the development and implementation of the human resources strategy that encompasses the benefit, compensation, and development plans for all Oce operating companies in North America. He has direct operating responsibility for the human resources functions of Oce North America. Bill joined the company as Director, Human Resources for Oce-USA, Inc. in November 1989 and became VP, Human Resources in January 1991. In March of 1998, Bill was named Vice President, Human Resources for Oce-USA Holding. Prior to Oce, Bill was the Director of Personnel for AB Dick Company, and he held a number of personnel management positions within Oscar Mayer Foods. Michael A. Scordino is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Oce-USA Holding. He is also secretary and counsel to the boards of directors of all operating companies in North America. Michael is in charge of all corporate legal functions of the Holding Company as well as the day-to-day legal activities within the North American subsidiaries. He provides legal and business advice on issues concerning litigation, intellectual property, employment and benefits, anti-trust, product acquisitions, lease syndication, software licensing, dealer agreements and partner contracts. He also provides advice and assistance to our parent company with due diligence on North American acquisitions. Michael joined Oce with the Siemens Nixdorf Printing Systems acquisition in September 1996. At that time, he was named General Counsel for Oce Printing Systems USA, Inc. In January 1999, Mr. Scordino transferred to Oce-USA Holding as the General Counsel and Secretary. Michael began his career with Nixdorf Computer Corporation in 1980. Daniel Krzesinski is the Senior Vice President, Service for Oce North America. Dan has responsibility for the combined service organization for all of Oce North America, supporting both the Digital Document Systems and Wide Format Printing Systems divisions. Dan joined Oce seventeen years ago as a Regional Service Manager for the WFPS organization. In the early 1990's, Dan was named Vice President, Service for the DPS organizations. By the mid-1990's, Dan expanded his role to include both wide format and narrow format to become VP, Service for Oce-USA. Dan has spent most of his working career focusing on developing professional service organizations, which includes many years working with Xerox prior to joining Oce. Dennis, Bill, and Michael all report directly to Jan Dix, President and CEO of Oce-USA Holding, Inc. Krzesinski reports to Mal Baboyian, President of the Digital Document Division of Oce North America.
