Exstream Software Partners with Decision Research in Honolulu, Hawaii

Press release from the issuing company

Exstream Software, Inc. announced today an agreement with Decision Research Corporation (DRC) of Honolulu, Hawaii. Under the terms of the agreement, DRC will offer Exstream’s Dialogue enterprise personalization software and future Exstream products as part of its ongoing mission to help clients create clearer and more relevant customer communications, as well as improve efficiency and reduce overall costs. Exstream chose DRC because of its strong presence in the property and casualty insurance industry. The agreement provides the opportunity for Exstream to further broaden its reach in this market. Decision Research expects to benefit by offering best-in-class document creation and personalization software and integration services to its customers. “We were in search of a solution that would allow our customers to present changes in a timeframe that matched our insurance product roll-out time of weeks, rather than months,” explains Karen Yamamoto, vice president of product development at Decision Research. “For us, scalability and performance were essential.” The agreement opens new opportunities for Decision Research to offer fully variable customized document solutions in response to market demand from customers. “Using Dialogue, our customers will be able to easily create and produce personalized business communications instantaneously and on demand, as well as in high volume,” says Yamamoto. “Dialogue’s ease of use reduces the amount of programming required during implementation, which will in turn reduce the time to market. Our customers will now be able to release a new product, complete with new forms, in a matter of weeks.” “We are proud to partner with an innovative company like Decision Research. They have a stellar reputation in the property and casualty industry, as well as other customer-focused industries that need cutting-edge technology solutions to run their businesses more efficiently,” says Rich Troksa, vice president of business development, Exstream Software. “Exstream’s products offer a plethora of robust features along with an ease of use that will deliver immediate benefits.”
