New Xerox Supplies Give Customers More Options To Meet Individual Printing Needs

Press release from the issuing company

November 16, 2004 -- The Xerox Supplies Business Group continues to prove its leadership in the development of digitally optimized paper and specialty media with several additions to its portfolio.  Xerox Digital Color Xpressions+ 80 lb Cover Xerox has expanded the Digital Color Xpressions+ paper line by adding an 80 lb. cover and additional multiple weights of 20.5 x 14.33 inch paper, the largest size paper that can be run on the Xerox iGen3 Digital Production Press.  Digital Color Xpressions+, the market leader in uncoated papers, is ideal for applications such as brochures, direct mailers and internal newsletters and comes in a range of sizes, weights and colors. Xerox Xpressions+ Tabs for Color Xerox Xpressions+ Tabs, the first and only tab product designed for Xerox digital color printers, is now available and allows customers to print full-color images on each tab. The tabs are produced using Digital Color Xpressions+ 60 lb. cover stock and are available in both straight and reverse collation sequences.  For added productivity savings, the tabs are available three-hole punched.  The tabs are most commonly used for applications such as instruction manuals, training documents and business plans.  Templates that allow customers to set up the tabs correctly for running are available on www.xerox.com. Xerox Labels for Digital Color Printing Xerox One-up Digital Color Labels are now available in 8.5 x 11-inch full sheets with slit back liners in either a gloss or matte face stock.  The slit back makes the labels easier to use and allows customers to use the full sheet without any waste.       Xerox Six-up Digital Color CD Labels are available on gloss and matte facestock, in 11 x 17 inch format as a regular stock item instead of a custom piece.  This new configuration reduces production costs by providing three times as many labels on one sheet versus the standard two-up configuration.  The labels can be used on music CDs, or other CD uses such as electronic documentation and employee handbooks. Xerox Multipurpose Pastel Paper Consistent with its ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility, Xerox has also enhanced its Multipurpose Pastel Paper with the addition of a line of papers containing 30 percent post-consumer waste that meets all government requirements for recycled paper.  Xerox continues to assure customers the same level of quality and performance as previously non-recycled offerings.  Xerox Multipurpose Pastels come in a full range of traditional pastel shades: salmon, cherry, lilac, tan, blue, green, pink, yellow, ivory, goldenrod, buff and gray in 20 lb bond weight and three sizes: 8.5 x 11; 3 hole punch, 8.5 x 14 and 11 x 17 inches.
