Former R.R. Donnelley Exec Zuccarini Joins InnerWorkings as CEO

Chicago, IL November 10, 2004 ­ John R. Walter, Chairman of InnerWorkings LLC, announced today that Steven E. Zuccarini, formerly President of Global Solutions with R.R. Donnelley, was named Chief Executive Officer of InnerWorkings, a leading enterprise print management and outsourcing firm. "Steve will be a tremendous asset at InnerWorkings, a company with a proven business model that reflects the future of business process outsourcing for printed materials,² said Walter. ³Attracting a respected and experienced executive with a 25-year track record such as Steve is a major milestone for the company.² Zuccarini joins InnerWorkings from print powerhouse R.R. Donnelley, the largest printing company in North America, where he served as President of Global Solutions, and, earlier, President of Catalog and Retail Solutions. Zuccarini has played a major role in servicing many of R.R. Donnelley¹s largest enterprise-wide clients. As President of Catalog and Retail Solutions, he led a team responsible for over $1 billion in revenues across multiple channels for more than 400 customers worldwide. Zuccarini joined R.R. Donnelley in 1979 after earning his bachelors in science from Northwestern University and graduate studies in marketing / management from Northwestern¹s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
