Think Patented Adds To Board Of Directors

DAYTON, OH – February 21, 2008 – Think Patented is pleased to announce the appointment of Shahriar Ghoddousi and Jim Hyder to its Board of Directors, effective Jan. 1, 2008. Ghoddousi currently serves as President and CEO of The John Henry Company, headquartered in Lansing, Mich. Hyder is the former President and CEO of Fetter Printing in Louisville, Ky., as well as a former Chairman of NAPL.

Think Patented A 2008 Management Plus Award Winner
Think Patented recently also was named a Silver Award winner in NAPL's 2008 Management Plus Awards competition, which judges excellence in a variety of operational areas. This prestigious performance-assessment program helps graphic communications companies of all sizes gain insight into their companies' strengths and weaknesses and develop a program for continuing improvement. This is the fifth consecutive year Think Patented has received national recognition from the Management Plus program, having received Gold and Silver awards from NAPL in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Think Patented will receive its award at a special Management Plus Awards banquet held during NAPL's 2008 Top Management Conference in Orlando, Fla. March 9-12.
 
Think Patented has made substantial investments in new equipment, software, capabilities and personnel to serve the full range of customer needs and support its double-digit growth. Earlier this year, the company became the first graphic communications provider in the Dayton area to obtain FSC Chain-of-Custody certification under the Forest Stewardship Council. Think Patented won 34 2007 Print Excellence Awards and one Best of Region Award from the Printing Industries Association, Inc. serving Northern Kentucky and Ohio (PIANKO).
