Canon and Omtool to Market AccuRoute

ANDOVER, Mass. Feb 21 2008 - Omtool, Ltd., a leading provider of document capture and handling solutions, today announced an alliance partnership with Canon U.S.A. This partnership includes the certified compatibility of Omtool's AccuRoute solutions with Canon imageFORMULA ScanFront 220 and 220P models.

The companies will jointly market and promote the compatibility of AccuRoute and imageFORMULA ScanFront networking scanning devices to their respective sales channels. The combination of Omtool's AccuRoute solution and Canon imageFORMULA ScanFront can help law firms, hospitals, financial organizations, and many other paper-intensive businesses capture, convert, and distribute paper documents into virtually any electronic format and to any destination including fax, popular document repositories, and network folders.
