Relizon Awarded Novation Contract For Document Management

DAYTON, Ohio - November 1, 2004 - The Relizon Company today announced it has been awarded a three-year contract with two one-year options for document management by Novation, the supply company of VHA Inc. and the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC). The contract is part of a master agreement involving 14 different suppliers of related products and services, from records archiving to health care document management. Novation serves more than 2,300 VHA and UHC member health care organizations that purchase approximately $500 million of printed documents and associated services annually. They represent 27 percent of the nation's staffed hospital beds. Relizon is a leading North American supplier of business process solutions for document management, billing and relationship marketing, with more than 40 manufacturing and distribution facilities and 3,600 employees strategically located across the U.S. and Canada. The company has been one of Novation's document management suppliers since 2000.
