Gravure Association of America Announces Resignation of Executive Vice President

Rochester, New York— On Friday, October 15, 2004, Mr. Jay Yakich, President of the Gravure Association of American, Inc., announced that Richard H. Dunnington has resigned as Executive Vice President of the Association. Mr. Yakich stated, “After six years of service, Richard Dunnington tendered his resignation from the Association to pursue other interests and objectives. The Association must respect his desire in this regard and wishes him success in his future endeavors.” Mr. Yakich assured the GAA membership and gravure industry that Mr. Dunnington’s resignation will not cause any disruption in the operation of the Association. He stated, “GAA is fortunate to have an experienced and highly capable staff. With the guidance and oversight of members of the Executive Committee, GAA will continue to conduct its activities in an efficient and productive manner, including publication of GRAVURE Magazine and sponsorship of industry meetings and industry advancement programs.” The Gravure Association of America’s mission is to promote the gravure printing process for publication, packaging, and product printing. Members of the Association include many of the nation’s leading printers, publishers, service houses, and engravers, as well as manufacturers of paper, ink, and presses for the gravure industry.
