Press release from the issuing company

LOS ALAMITOS, CA (February 7, 2008) – Ed Yandell has joined Los Alamitos-based Trend Offset Printing, one of the largest commercial printers on the West Coast, as the new Chief Operating Officer.

Yandell will manage all manufacturing and engineering functions for the $270 million company, which has state-of-the-art printing and fulfillment operations in Dallas, TX, and Jacksonville, FL, in addition to its California base. Yandell will report to Warren Dow, president and chief executive officer, as a member of the company's executive team.

Yandell has extensive experience in print manufacturing, and comes to Trend from Creel Printing in Las Vegas, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He also held positions in engineering and manufacturing at a number of commercial printing companies including Maxwell Graphics, World Color and Quebecor World.

"Ed is a subject expert in lean manufacturing principles, having successfully created employee empowerment, engagement and statistical process improvement cultures for the companies he has served," Dow said. "He is uniquely qualified to drive needed changes that will continue to make Trend a stronger and more cost effective company."

General managers and other operational managers from all three of Trend's regional divisions will report to Yandell.

"I am excited to take on this role at Trend," Yandell said. "The organization's unique business model and national presence as a leading printer makes it a pleasure to join the Trend leadership team."
