Michael Moffitt Joins ICS Board of Directors

New York, NY; October 8, 2004 — Integrated Color Solutions (ICS) — the technology leader in providing color management solutions to industries where color accuracy is critical — has announced that 30 year industry leader and renowned author Michael Moffitt has joined its Board of Directors. “We are delighted to have Michael join the ICS Board of Directors; his industry experience and knowledge of the marketplace greatly complements our solid team of Directors,” said Jeffrey Silverman, ICS President and CEO. “We look forward to Michael’s contributions as we grow during the coming years.” Moffitt is a director on the board of Presstek, Inc., a leading supplier and manufacturer of digital laser imaging and thermal plate technologies, author of the book, To Be a Profitable Printer, an advisor to Harren Equity Partners and a consultant to senior management in the printing and publishing industries. Prior to serving on the Presstek, Inc. Board, Moffitt was President and COO of Solar Communications, Inc., a printing and direct marketing service firm. Prior to that, Moffitt was President and CEO at Century Graphics Corporation where he increased revenue, managed leveraged buyouts and expanded market coverage. Previously Moffitt was Senior Vice President, Electronic Graphics Group at R. R. Donnelley and Sons Company. “I am excited to join ICS and its Board of Directors,” added Mr. Moffitt. “ICS is a well respected, cutting-edge technology company on the forefront of monitor proofing.
