APT Hires Stanley M. Schwartz to Join Executive Sales Team

Moonachie, NJ, October 5, 2004— Applied Printing Technologies (APT) announced today that Stanley M. Schwartz has joined the company as sales executive. In this capacity, Schwartz will be responsible for expanding APT’s customer base and supporting existing customers in achieving their communication goals with a full complement of commercial and digital print production services. Schwartz brings to APT more than 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in direct marketing and commercial print. A consistent top sales performer and innovative direct marketer, Schwartz joined APT from Mail-Well Print Group where he held the position of vice president of business development. In this position, he was responsible for major revenue growth in a number of core business segments. Prior to joining Mail-Well, Schwartz held new business development positions at the executive level for Atlanta-based Graphic Industries, Maclean Hunter, headquartered in Canada, and Dittler Brothers out of Atlanta. Throughout his career, Schwartz has honed his skills in providing innovative product solutions that exceed client expectations. “Stanley is a multi-faceted achiever in sales, marketing and business development,” said Jack Egan, senior vice president at APT. “His proven ability to match price to value and leverage technology to meet client needs will be an asset to APT’s ongoing mission to provide communication solutions that are compatible with our customers’ business goals.” Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State. He has also been an active participant in several print management and leadership seminars throughout his career.
