Now in its 16th year of serving the printing industry, Enterprise also is featuring demonstrations of its new Enterprise.Net and D-Mail modules designed for e-Business and Internet-based customer relationship management. Enterprise 32 Version 6.5 Enterprise Print Management Solutions' Enterprise 32 Version 6.5 management information system provides a 32-bit, fully customizable print management solution for sheetfed, digital, web, flexo, and screen printing and in-plant operations. A highly flexible print MIS with completely open architecture, and a state-of-the-art e-Business front end, the completely integrated Enterprise 32 system embraces JDF and CIP 4. The system also accommodates a fully integrated, proprietary accounting suite designed specifically for graphic arts requirements. With information available from the Enterprise 32 system, every unit of a printing operation from the sales team and shop floor to accounting and shipping, has timely, accurate and concise decision-making information covering every aspect of a printing business. Among the important new advances introduced in Version 6.5 of Enterprise 32 are customer-specific price grids for process, materials and finished goods; an enhanced Scheduling Module with a quick schedule feature and the ability to define gang runs; and a new bar code interface for the Inventory module. Version 6.5 also includes diary notes in several modules, user-customizable list box display screens and several new options added to Standards. Enterprise.Net A browser-based management tool fully integrated with the standard Enterprise 32 system database, the Enterprise.Net e-commerce suite add-on brings printing customers to the heart of a printer's business via the Internet. With Enterprise.Net, customers are able to place orders, request quotes, track and view finished goods inventory status, and see proof images in a PDF format. Enterprise D-Mail An e-mail alert system, D-Mail is the ultimate communication bridge linking printer management with the company's customers, and internally among staff members. User-definable D-Mail can be set up with templates that automatically alert staff to new orders, customer credit holds, quotation requests or orders. Customers can be automatically notified of order or shipment confirmations, job changes, or past due balances. Enterprise D-Mail can be used as a stand-alone system or fully integrated with Enterprise 32.
