(September 13, 2004 Rolling Meadows, IL) Komori America Corporation announced today they will host a JDF overview seminar during Graph Expo, called “JDF 101”. According to Jacki Hudmon, General Manager of Komori Imaging Systems, “Research shows that printers are struggling to understand what JDF is and how a CIM environment in the pressroom can positively impact their business.” Industry consultant, Dennis Mason of Mason Consulting, will conduct the seminar. “Dennis is extremely knowledgeable in this area and we think he brings an easy to understand, no nonsense approach to the subject and will help demystify JDF,” says Hudmon. The seminar will be held on Monday, October 11 and Tuesday, October 12 at 8:30 am in the Komori booth, #1066, in McCormick Place South. “Komori will also be demonstrating job management systems from HiFlex, PressSense and EFI alongside an integrated Screen TrueFlow workflow at Graph Expo.
