Ennis-Houston Relocating To Larger Company Owned Facility

Press release from the issuing company

(Houston, TX, Bellville, TX) -- Ennis-Houston, formerly FMI, will soon consolidate its manufacturing operation into the Crabar/GBF facility in Bellville, Texas. This step to combine our two facilities in the Houston market will expand production capabilities and insure superior service to all distributors in Houston and the surrounding areas," said Brian Thorp, Business Unit Director for the Ennis Forms Solutions Group. "The consolidation will allow the Ennis-Houston plant to relocate from a leased facility to a company owned facility in Bellville. We anticipate no disruption in service or production quality to customers of either Ennis or Crabar/GBF during this move." Upon completion of the consolidation the facility will be renamed Ennis-Bellville. The combined management team will remain in place and the phone numbers for both locations will continue to operate. No additional changes are anticipated at these facilities. Ennis, Inc. recently completed the acquisition of the outstanding stock of Dayton, Ohio based Crabar/GBF.
