Press release from the issuing company

San Marcos, CA and Itasca, IL, October 16, 2008 - Xeikon, legendary for pioneering the first digital color presses, and RBCOR, LLC, a leading distributor of photopolymer printing plates, photopolymer plate processing equipment and ancillary items, today announced that the two companies have entered into a joint referral partnership program. Through the partnership, RBCOR will be able to offer its clients the next step in the move to digital printing by offering the Xeikon 3300 and Xeikon 3000 digital label color presses. In turn, Xeikon will be able to further strengthen its position in the ever- expanding digital labels and packaging market.

"We are thrilled to enter into this partnership with RBCOR. They are a true pioneer in the labels and packaging space," said Michael V. Ring, Vice President of Sales & Chief Marketing Officer of Xeikon's North American operations. "We are confident that this partnership will further strengthen the market position of both our companies and allow us to better serve our customers."

RBCOR is governed by two fundamental values. First and foremost, the company focuses on supplying the highest quality products and services, always delivering exactly what is promised with special emphasis on personal service. Secondly, it strives to drive down and contain all costs ensuring the highest systems performance in the most cost effective manner.

"By forming this partnership, we will be able to expand our product offerings and our customers will have the opportunity to utilize the unique capabilities of the Xeikon technology to grow their business", said Michelle Garza, General Manager of RBCOR, LLC. "We are looking forward to working closely with Xeikon."

The Xeikon 3300, which was unveiled at Drupa 2008, represents a quantum leap in label print quality, offering true 1200 dpi at four bits per spot. With a top speed of 63 feet per minute and a monthly duty cycle of 2,300,000 feet, it is an extremely fast digital color label press, particularly suited for short to medium print runs and just-in-time jobs. The Xeikon 3000 represents the entry-level counterpart of the Xeikon 3300. It is a perfect fit for label converters who are eager to enter digital printing but do not need the high speed and productivity of the Xeikon 3300 just yet. It is also an ideal press for label converters wanting to focus on niche applications such as paperboard packaging or textile transfer printing. With a top speed of 31.5 feet per minute and a monthly duty cycle of 1,500,000 feet, the Xeikon 3000 allows label converters to master digital printing at a more leisurely pace. The Xeikon 3000 can be upgraded to the Xeikon 3300 once the user is ready to go to the next level.
