American Printware, Inc Launches HostServe Mail Consolidation and Sorting Software

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. – July 22, 2004 – American Printware, Inc. (APWI) a leading provider in print conversion and document delivery solutions has recently announced the launch of its mail consolidation, commingling and sorting application. “We responded to the needs of our customers including the creation of a monthly rental program which match’s customer’s revenue stream from their customers." said Rick Eckroth, President, APWI The new HostServe application enables users to consolidate documents into one print file from different sources and add OMR marks. It also allows for additional postage saving by re-sorting the job by recipient. HostServe will also re-sort by total number of mail piece pages to allow use of different types of envelopes. HostServe receives all inputs from network and legacy PCL, PostScript, PDF, Tiff, LCDS DJDE Metacode, VIPP, IPDS, AFPDS, and XES then re-maps and repurposes that data, converts the data or commingles the documents in addition to the traditional features of APWI’s HostServe. “Using HostServe’s Commingling and Sorting tool from American Printware we anticipate will increase our productivity and reduced costs.
