Press release from the issuing company

BALTIMORE--July 23, 2004-- Now Technology Group the developer of industry-leading MailNOW Software, announced today that The Watermark Group, a progressive printing, graphics and direct mail service provider, has entered into a license agreement to use NTG's MailNOW Software. The NTG Software will allow Watermark to build custom-branded Web sites for customers and empower them to design, edit, estimate, approve and order print production on-line. In addition, customers will be able to order mailing lists, estimate postage and order direct mail campaigns over the Web. "We have made a major commitment to digital printing and print-on-demand so we looked at every Web-to-print solution we could find," Said Bob Bryant, president of Watermark. "MailNOW provides us with the efficiencies we need to operate print-on-demand services profitably and nobody comes close to offering their on-line direct mail production tools. We have already seen a positive impact on our business." To maximize the benefits of their MailNOW Software license, Watermark has begun offering customers branded MailNOW Web site and template services. With a branded site, corporate customers can post brochures, direct mail packages, flyers, posters and other items to their private site. Branches or agents of the company can review the posted items, localize or otherwise edit the documents (permission based), get a quote and order, 24/7 from anywhere in the world. With appropriate approvals materials can be ordered and printing, mailing or shipping is complete within five days.
