Standard Register Signs Multi-Year Agreement to Serve HealthTrust Purchasing Group

DAYTON, Ohio--July 15, 2004-- Standard Register announced that it has signed an enhanced renewal of a three-year national agreement with HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG) as the only contracted forms management company for standard and custom documents. Additionally, HPG's member hospitals and clinics will have access to Standard Register's entire portfolio of products, programs and services, including print on demand and copying services, e-procurement solutions and consulting. The contract, effective July 1, is valued at $40 million annually.
