CPAC Offers Clean Air Filtration Systems For Printing Markets

Press release from the issuing company

Leicester, NY -- July 13, 2004… CPAC Equipment Division has signed an agreement with Island Clean Air, Inc. of Canada to distribute Duster brand air filtration units through CPAC Imaging’s photographic and graphic arts dealer network. Island Clean Air equipment specifically addresses air quality, amidst growing employee health and safety concerns in imaging facilities. The air filtration systems are ideal for businesses using wide format, solvent-based ink jet printers, and eliminate irritants such as smog, smoke, dust, spray powder, pollen, and bacteria. In addition, they reduce or eliminate odors from solvents, inks, and chemicals. The Clean Air systems capture particulate matter in a series of two cleanable, reusable filters. A third granular carbon filter removes fumes and odors from the air. Three sizes are available to meet the air cleaning needs of virtually any facility: • Duster 600 – up to 800 ft2 • Duster 2000 – up to 2,500 ft 2 • Duster 3000 –up to 5,000 ft 2 Island Clean Air systems are quiet and easy to use, and are backed by a 5-year parts warranty. Their easy-roll casters make it portable and simple to move around the facility where needed. According to Ron Kwiecien, CPAC/IMG Sales Manager at CPAC Equipment Division, “With the ongoing concern about air quality and new digital processes, the Island Clean Air systems are perfect for printing and photo facilities. CPAC was founded on helping customers address environmental issues, and we are excited to offer this new air quality solution to our markets.” To learn more about Island Clean Air systems, call CPAC Equipment Division at 800-477-1417 to find a dealer or sales representative in your area.
