July 12, 2004 -- K-North inc. the dealer for Komori presses in Ontario and Western Canada has announced the sale of another Lithrone S-40 5/c with tower coater and extended delivery. The press will be installed at The Canadian Sportsman--Sportswood Printing in Straffordville Ontario. The new S-40 will replace a 4/c German press in the fall of this year. The new S-40 5/c is fully equipped including Komori's Fully Automatic Plate changers, AMR (Automatic Makeready) Roller, Blanket, and Impresion washers, and full format package. The press will also be equipped with Komori's "Colour Connection" software package to allow for seamless data transfer from pre-press to press. The Canadian Sportsman is a publication that has been printed for over 134 years. There is also the subsidiary company Sportswood Printing that services many of The Canadian Sportsman's clients with there commercial printing requirements.
