Integrated Color Solutions Names Andy Watt Chief Financial Officer

New York, NY; July 08 2004— Integrated Color Solutions (ICS)—the technology leader in providing color management solutions to industries where color accuracy is critical—has appointed 17-year financial management veteran Andy Watt to the position of Chief Financial Officer, reporting to ICS President & CEO Jeffrey Silverman. Watt is based out of the ICS headquarters in Manhattan, New York. Before joining ICS, Watt was Vice President of Finance at Invoke Solutions, Inc., a proprietary software company that invented a revolutionary market research technique that combines qualitative and quantitative research methods in a single, real time solution. Prior to Invoke Solutions, Watt spent seven years as CFO at Fulcrum Analytics, Inc., a CRM software and services firm helping companies increase ROI through the adoption of technology, analytics and comprehensive campaign management tools. During his tenure at Fulcrum Analytics, Watt helped grow the company from 3 to 170 employees and into international markets. As a result, the company was selected to the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies three years straight 1999, 2000 and 2001.     “Andy’s appointment culminates an extensive national search for a CFO and significantly rounds out the ICS management team,” stated Jeffrey Silverman, ICS President and CEO. “His experience in both technology, scaling fast-growing companies and international experience will be invaluable to our business.” Watt, born and educated in the UK, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Durham, in the UK, and resides in New York City with his wife and two children.
