HUDSON, N.H., Aug. 5 -- Presstek, Inc., a leading provider of direct digital imaging technology, today announced that in order to answer an increasing demand for environmentally friendly CTP solutions in the Middle East and to strengthen its worldwide distribution strategy, it has appointed REDA International to sell and service its Dimension series of computer-to-plate systems and chemistry-free CTP plates in the Middle East. Established in 1986, REDA International has its head office in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The family owned business, which is one of the leading Graphic Arts equipment trading houses in the Middle East, will base the Presstek CTP dealership in its successful commercial printing company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. New showroom facilities are due to open later this year in Beirut and Dubai. REDA International has a strong reputation for supplying production solutions to small and medium sized printers. With a team of qualified, experienced personnel in the prepress sector, the company specializes in the latest technologies in workflow and computer-to-plate solutions.
