This specialty page information, when specified, is automatically factored into the table-driven job cost estimate, allowing customers to accurately understand the cost of their jobs before they enter production. Enterprises wishing to closely monitor print production expenditures and accurately allocate costs will enjoy the automated ability to validate charge back codes, complete with automatic updating of the list of valid codes to reflect the state of the business in real time. Particularly useful for universities, law and other professional services and facilities management organizations, WebCRD enables print centers to know their costs and assign them correctly to the responsible parties. Print Center operators will benefit from a streamlined Production interface and workflow enhancements that include fast viewing, filtering, searching and sorting for jobs at all stages of production.
