Kenexa Chosen to Support Kinko's Team Member Engagement Program

Press release from the issuing company

WAYNE, PA, Jul. 14, 2003 -- Kenexa, a global leader in innovative human resource solutions, today announced it has been retained by Kinko's, the world's leading provider of document solutions and business services, to design, administer and interpret a comprehensive survey of Kinko's 20,000 U.S.-based team members. Working in collaboration with Kinko's human resources management team, Kenexa will provide the technology to administer and manage the survey process across Kinko's approximately 1,100 U.S. locations. Kenexa also will provide the human capital management experience and expertise to ensure the survey results in meaningful information and a customized action plan to ensure future improvement in key measurement areas. "Kenexa brings a unique blend of leading-edge technology products and world-class professional services that delivers meaningful results and improvement plans," said Clint Jaynes, Kinko's director of staffing and human resources. "There are many vendors with the technology to administer a team member survey. We're looking to move beyond the mere assessment of team member satisfaction. As a company, we want to transform team member satisfaction into team member engagement; team member engagement into customer satisfaction; and, customer satisfaction into superior business performance. However, you can only accomplish this when you ask the right questions; measure what matters; and, use the information wisely to develop action plans that make a difference going forward. This is why we're working with Kenexa," he added. According to Russ Becker, Kenexa Client Services Manager, "In addition to measuring team member engagement, Kinko's also expects the survey to establish benchmarks that the company can use to measure its performance and progress in relation to other leading retail organizations. In this way, Kinko's can ensure that they are 'best-of-breed' in their industry. That's smart. And, based on their overall leadership in the marketplace, that's the Kinko's way."
