New Additions To Elite Die Cut Inspection Rewinders

Press release from the issuing company

11 July 2003 -- Bar Graphic Machinery will be launching new additions to their “Elite” range of Die Cutting Inspection Rewinders at Labelexpo Europe 2003, taking place in Brussels 24-27 September. A new dual die cut version of the popular Elite 250D Die Cut Inspection Rewinder will be on display - bristling with exciting new features. A removable anvil and an easy load system designed to accommodate most makes of rotary die has been developed, whilst the inclusion of the ground breaking cartridge slitter system enables the operator to set the blades without taking them away from the machine. A roll compensation arm effectively maintains unwind tension throughout the roll. The cartridge slitter system has also been added to a new version the Elite TT250 Table Top Rewinder. Both models are capable of achieving speeds of up to 220 metres per minute and each are fitted with a pneumatic unwind brake. With growing interest in Stork RSI (Rotary Screen Integration) modules, Bar Graphic Machinery are offering a range of retro fitting solutions for incorporating them in-line with other print processes. Bill Rhodes, Project Engineer, sees Labelexpo Europe 2003 as the ideal platform to launch its new models to a global audience, “We had a successful exhibition in 2001, following which our equipment has been exported worldwide. With the addition of dual die cutting and further enhancements to our “Elite” range we are confident that this year’s show will be equally productive.”
