Twenty-One Service Specialists Awarded CPSS Certification

July 8, 2003 -- The Society for Service Professionals in Printing (SSPP) announces the results of the May 2003 Certified Printing Service Specialists (CPSS) exam. The extensive four-hour exam, which was held nationwide this May covered the technical aspects of printing as well as the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to be a successful printing specialist.
