Relizon Announces Three Key Appointments

Dayton, Ohio -- July 1, 2003 -- The Relizon Company, a leading business process solutions company approaching a billion dollars in revenue, today announced the promotion of two senior executives and a significant addition to its U.S. Business Communications Group (USBC) leadership team. Michael Anderson has joined the company as senior vice president of sourcing and logistics services. Anderson will lead USBC operations, including plants and business service centers, global sourcing, supply management, and the customer implementation team. Anderson brings a wealth of general management and fulfillment services expertise as well as operational management experience to the position, garnered from his tenure as vice president of global operations at NCR Systemedia, and prior to that, as senior vice president, integrated graphics at Wallace Computer Services. He replaces Anthony Orme who is retiring after 39 years with The Relizon Company. William Bussick, formerly vice president of sales for USBCís Midstates and Central divisions, has been promoted to senior vice president of sales for the USBC Group. In his new role, Bussick will lead the efforts of the entire UBSC sales organization. Bussick has 18 years of experience in the industry. He joined Duplex Products Inc. in 1985 and continued his career with Reynolds and Reynolds after the company acquired Duplex in 1995. When Relizon was formed in August 2000, Bussick was promoted to vice president of sales for the Midstates and Central divisions. Brian Silverberg, formerly director of corporate financial planning and analysis for Relizon, has been promoted to vice president of finance for the USBC Group. Silverberg joined Relizon in 2000 shortly after its formation. Prior to that he worked for Ford Motor Company and its spin-off Visteon. While at Ford and Visteon, Silverberg gained extensive experience in pricing and strategic planning in addition to financial planning and analysis. "Michael, Bill and Brian are strong leaders with proven track records of improving process and satisfying customers," said Tim Schriner, president, U.S. Business Communications Group. "Their business savvy and understanding of USBCís document management and billing business will be strong assets as we continue to grow the company."
