T/R Systems Receives New Patent for Clustering Technology

ATLANTA--June 27, 2003-- T/R Systems, Inc., a leader in developing innovative solutions for the management and production of digital documents, announced today that the United States patent office has allowed an additional patent regarding its cluster printing technology. This patent addresses some broad, but critical aspects of page distribution in a multi-device printing environment. "This patent allowance comes on the heels of two recent patent allowances and we believe it significantly broadens our intellectual property portfolio regarding cluster printing," said Neal Tompkins, Chief Technology Officer of T/R Systems. "It signals another positive step forward in expanding the value of the technologies that we have pioneered." T/R Systems currently holds 17 patents, including this most recent allowance, and 14 additional patent filings in the U.S. and abroad.
