Lloyds TSB Selects Docucorp's Correspondence Solution

Press release from the issuing company

DALLAS--June 26, 2003-- Docucorp International, a leading provider of enterprise information solutions, today announced that it signed a software licensing agreement with Lloyds TSB Bank plc (LTSB). LTSB will utilize Docucorp's correspondence solution, which incorporates dynamic publishing capabilities and electronic delivery, to automate its customer correspondence in its growing PhoneBank operation. Docucorp will implement a publishing infrastructure from which LTSB can print, fax and e-mail all documentation associated with customer transactions with the PhoneBank. This will include information relating to enquiries, applications for new services and changes to accounts. The publishing solution will enable LTSB to make swift changes to all customer-facing communications to meet both business and regulatory needs. LTSB plans to use Docucorp's solution to generate approximately 15,000 documents per day. "By moving to an advanced, automated publishing environment, we will be able to provide a higher level of service to the business and our customers. It will also enhance the quality and accuracy of our documents and correspondence, whilst reducing the costs associated with the maintenance of the document library," said Jim Rigby, senior project manager, LTSB Telephony Systems. "Furthermore, by implementing a leading-edge customer communication solution, we are ideally positioned to exploit the future advantages offered by e-mail and the Internet." "Docucorp's correspondence solution gives LTSB the flexibility to deliver information to their customers in multiple formats," said Tracey Robinson, vice president, managing director, Docucorp EMEA. "As a result, account information can be communicated more easily, reducing the time for delivery and increasing document handling capacity."
