NUR Macroprinters begins beta testing of NUR Tempo flatbed inkjet presses

Lod, Israel June 24, 2003 - NUR Macroprinters, a leading supplier of wide-format inkjet production printing systems for the out-of-home advertising market, today announced that it has begun beta testing its recently announced and anticipated NUR Tempo flatbed inkjet press. Gescom S.p.A. of Viterbo, Italy and Stiefel Digitalprint GmbH in Lenting, Germany are the two European beta test customers for the NUR Tempo. Impact Imaging of Kaysville, Utah is the first beta customer in the U.S. All three companies have considerable experience providing wide-format digital printing services using equipment from NUR Macroprinters as well as other suppliers. The beta testing program for the NUR Tempo is expected to last three months. Commercial shipments of the machine are now planned for September 2003. “For the past year we have been previewing the NUR Tempo at various events around the world and we have received extremely positive feedback from the industry and potential customers who anxiously await the machine’s availability,” says David Amir, president and CEO of NUR Macroprinters Ltd. “The beta testing program is proceeding to our satisfaction and giving us confidence that the product will be released for commercial distribution as currently planned.
