GRIPdigital Selected to Distribute Techkon Products

LaGrange, IL, June 24, 2003 — GRIPdigital has been named by TECHKON GmbH of Germany as exclusive distributor in the United States for the TECHKON DMS910 Digital MicroScope. TECHKON GmbH has a 20-year history of developing and commercializing the finest color measurement and quality control devices available. The Digital MicroScope DMS 910 is a highly accurate measuring device especially for the quality control of printing plates. It is used successfully worldwide by computer-to-plate users, as well as by plate and platesetter manufacturers, as a reference instrument. Announcing the relationship, TECHKON CFO Ulrich Krzyminski commented: “TECHKON products are known throughout Europe as the finest instruments for color measurement and quality control. Now, with GRIPdigital as our distributor for our Digital MicroScope products, we are expanding the availability of the TECHKON line to the North American market.
