Relizon is Ariba Ready; Offers Document and Response Management Solutions

Dayton, Ohio -- June 19, 2003 -- The Relizon Company, a leading North American supplier of business process improvement solutions, announced today that its Internet portal -- Relizonline -- has received the Ariba Ready(tm) designation from Ariba, Inc., the leading provider of Enterprise Spend Management (ESM) solutions. To receive such designation, Relizon has demonstrated its integration abilities to the Ariba Supplier Network(tm) (Ariba SN) and provides scalable, repeatable processes for transacting with, and providing content to, customers using the Ariba Buyer(tm) procurement solution. By integrating with the Ariba SN, Relizon can streamline and enhance online transactions for customers of its document management and response management solutions. Through its work with Ariba, Relizon helps customers manage print and electronic documents and other digital assets right from their desktops through its Relizonline portal. With Relizonline, users can gain access to customized catalogs of downloadable items including eForms, sales collateral, and other communications that are appropriate to their individual needs, and manage the responses from direct marketing campaigns. Relizonline offers a flexible, open architecture that allows seamless integration to intranets and improved and more powerful B2B capability, in addition to its enhanced end-user-oriented custom features. Additionally, Relizon will use Ariba PunchOut(tm), allowing customers to "punch out" from the Ariba Buyer solution to Relizon's web-based catalogs to gather and manipulate the documents they need before returning to the Ariba procurement solution. Ariba PunchOut provides a seamless interface between the end-user's procurement environment and Relizon's online ordering systems. "As a pioneer of Internet-based ordering in our industry, Relizon is delighted to have our Relizonline Web offering further validated by Ariba," said Rodney Hedeen, president and CEO of Relizon. Ariba Ready is an Ariba initiative to provide a special designation for suppliers who have demonstrated the ability to effectively transact with and provide content to organizations using Ariba Buyer through Ariba Supplier Network. The program helps suppliers communicate their capabilities by acting as a common standard for integration and enablement that all Ariba SN participants can understand and value. Suppliers can self-test their content and integration abilities through the Ariba Ready portal.
