Multi-Color Corporation Elects Robert R. Buck to Board

CINCINNATI, June 13 -- Multi-Color Corporation announced the election of Robert R. Buck to its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2003. Mr. Buck is the former President, Uniform Rental Division, Cintas Corporation. He will serve the remainder of the term of Multi-Color board member Burton Morgan, who passed away several months ago. "On behalf of our Board and our employees, I am pleased to welcome Bob to the Multi-Color Corporation Board of Directors," said Frank Gerace, President and Chief Executive Officer of Multi-Color. "His strong financial background, history of leading a large organization through a period of dramatic growth and his solid understanding of operations will be an excellent addition to our Board." Prior to the 21 years Mr. Buck worked for Cintas, he spent nine years with consumer products leader, Borden, Inc., and four years with accounting firm Price Waterhouse and Co. The former Military Intelligence Officer, Mr. Buck earned his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Buck serves as a director of Kendle International, National Coalition for the Protection of Children and Families, Citizens for Community Values, a trustee of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and a member of the Deans Advisory Council for the College of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Gerace also announced that Mr. Buck is on the Proxy Ballot for election to a full board term at the August shareholder meeting.
