W.A.Wilde Reports a Significant Increase in ROI with Exstream

June 12, 2003 -- Exstream Software, Inc. announced today that W.A.Wilde, a satisfied user of its Dialogue Software, reports a significant increase in return on investment since it began using the enterprise personalization software. Wilde, a provider of advanced solutions in direct mail and fulfillment, is processing up to four million impressions per month with Dialogue. The company is using Dialogue to produce a myriad of documents for customers, including personalized four-color 401(k) booklets, highly dynamic perfect-bound books, and sophisticated personalized marketing letters, literature and coupon offers. Since implementing Dialogue, Wilde has reduced operating costs and time-to-market, increased response rate for its customers and enhanced productivity two-to threefold with the same number of staff. Wilde selected Dialogue for several reasons. A primary factor was its ability to fully support the company's innovative business model, which is based on the belief that print-on-demand is moving toward document self-assembly and content-on-demand. With Dialogue, Wilde is developing documents that are designed as templates and created based on business rules that drive the insertion of data-driven content into the document at run time. Wilde has tripled its customers' response rate for many applications and attributes this significant increase to Dialogue's ability to create such highly personalized communications. Another important consideration was Dialogue's ability to design an application once and deliver it anywhere. This capability allowed Wilde to establish a unified production environment for its print-on-demand and high-volume mail departments.
