Press release from the issuing company

MAN Roland Inc. promotes Eric Belcher to Chief Operating Officer of Sheetfed Westmont, Illinois - June 10, 2003 -- Eric D. Belcher has moved up from his post as Chief Financial Officer of MAN Roland Inc. to become the company’s Chief Operating Officer of Sheetfed Operations, reporting directly to CEO Yves Rogivue. Belcher has served as CFO of the company since 2001. Last year he took on the added responsibility of directing sheetfed operations for the company’s Midwest Region. In his new post, he will oversee sheetfed operations throughout North America. Belcher has championed sound long-term financial planning and capital equipment purchasing strategies through a value-added, consultative approach with printing companies. "By utilizing independent tools such as the Press Operating Profitability (POP) data or NAPL’s Profit XL program to supplement investment decisions, graphic arts companies are able to make even better decisions regarding automation, labor costs, waste, debt, throughput, and other critical economic drivers," he explains. MAN Roland’s new divisional COO joined the company two years ago after serving as a Senior Manager at Marakon Associates, an international management consulting firm. He worked at Marakon’s offices in New York, San Francisco, and Chicago, assisting major corporations in developing corporate and business unit strategies that maximize growth and profit potential. In addition to his strategic and finance background, Belcher brings significant sales and marketing experience to his new position. Prior to joining Marakon, he worked in sales, sales management, and marketing for the E & J Gallo Winery. Belcher holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
