DALLAS – May 16, 2003 – Kinko's, Inc., a leading provider of document solutions and business services, today announced the addition of Leslie Benners as vice president of treasury and tax. “We are very excited that Leslie is part of our financial management team,” said Mark A. Blinn, chief financial officer for Kinko’s®. “She brings to Kinko’s a wealth of successful experience in managing multiple aspects of corporate finance, and her leadership and knowledge of treasury and tax functions will be a tremendous asset to Kinko’s.” Benners joined Kinko’s in 2003 from American Airlines, Inc., where she was most recently managing director of corporate finance and banking, leading a 20-person group managing all debt and equity transactions, derivatives exposure, and global cash management. In her 11 years with American, Benners also served as director of investor relations and had various positions in finance. Prior to joining American, she worked with National Westminster Bank in New York. A resident of Dallas, Benners is a cum laude graduate of the University of Vermont, with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. She received her master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance, from the University of Chicago.
