Press release from the issuing company

STAMFORD, Conn., May 12 -- Pitney Bowes Management Services Limited, and Royal Mail today announced that it is joining forces to offer bespoke document management solutions to businesses. RMPB Ltd will combine the services of Royal Mail and PBMS UK to offer UK businesses 'Royal Mail Document Solutions,' a range of bespoke, outsourced document management services and mailroom operations. Royal Mail Document Solutions provides customers with a new level of integrated services, from 'Data to Doorstep' that increases service efficiencies, reduces costs and decreases customers' time and spend when dealing with several suppliers. Mark Thomson, Royal Mail's Sales and Customer Services Director, said: "Through this new initiative we can add real value to the communication process for our customers, not only through provision of 'best-of-breed' integrated services but by simplifying their working lives, reducing the number of suppliers they have to deal with and allowing them the time to concentrate on their core business." Through the combination of Royal Mail's and PBMS' expertise, customers can be confident that the Royal Mail Document Solutions' portfolio of services will ensure that all their document related needs are met and that their communications will achieve the desired results. Ashley Bailey, Managing Director PBMS UK, said: "We are delighted to be working with Royal Mail in this venture. I am confident that drawing upon the strengths of our two organizations, under the Royal Mail Document Solutions brand, RMPB Ltd will provide customers with access to the best available document management and mailroom solutions, and as they look to outsource their business communication needs, will embody the new high level of services that customers demand, rapidly becoming the industry case study for the outsourcing of document management business processes."
