Latran Technologies Names John Huber Area Sales Manager

BEDFORD, MA, May 6, 2003 – Latran Technologies, an industry leader in advanced digital halftone proofing systems, has named John Huber to the post of Area Sales Manager for the company's Central and Southwest Territory. Based in the Dallas, Texas area, he heads Latran's sales operations for its highly successful Prediction Digital Halftone Proofing System product line in the commercial, packaging and label printing markets within the territory. Mr. Huber joins Latran from Shira, Inc. where he was Regional Sales Manager in Dallas covering the south central states. He managed sales of prepress workflow and web-based job automation to major customers. During the prior seven years, Mr. Huber was an account executive with Kodak Polychrome Graphics in Dallas, providing technical sales of digital proofing systems and consumables to the area's leading commercial graphic and printing customers. Earlier, he had been Sales and Marketing Manager for Interface Graphic Systems in Austin, Texas, specializing in systems integration and service for publishing, printing and graphics customers. He is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, where he earned a BBA Degree in Marketing.
