LISLE, Ill.--April 28, 2003-- Wallace Corporation announced that its Chicago-area commercial print locations, Bruce Offset and Hillside Printing, collectively received 21 Achievements in Print Excellence (AIPX) Awards for their outstanding achievement in printing excellence. The awards, sponsored by The Printing Industry of Illinois/Indiana Association, included six Best of Category honors. The Achievements in Print Excellence (AIPX) competition recognizes companies, employees and customers for outstanding craftsmanship in the creation, design and production of printed materials. Winning entries from Wallace Bruce Offset included three Best of Category -Print/Graphic Arts Self Promotion, Product Catalogs, and Large Format Printing; one Best of Division - Product Catalog; one Award of Excellence - Annual Reports; and seven Certificates of Merit. Winning Entries from Wallace Hillside included three Best of Categories - Directories and Source Books; Web Press Printing - Coated Paper; and Special Innovations; and six Certificates of Merit. Winning entries will be on display May 8 at the Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. At that time, Best of Category winners will be presented the Pinnacle Award. Also, the announcement of Best of Indiana, Best of Illinois, and overall Best of Show recipients will be made.
