Press release from the issuing company

April 15, 2003, New Windsor, N.Y. – GretagMacbeth, Enterprise Color Management leader, announced the relocation of its UK operation to Cheshire’s Preston Brooks. This move consolidates the sales, customer service, applications support and administration functions of the Digital Imaging and Color and Appearance business units under one roof. Just located off the M56, customers now have easy access to the office. “Having both business units in one location is more efficient and enables us to better serve our customers’ color management needs,” said Caroline McAlindon, office manager. “Another plus is our new demonstration room in which we are able to showcase products such as the EyeOne color management system, Color i 5 spectrophotometer and SpectraLight III lighting cabinet, as well as offer training courses for our industry-leading software and hardware products and color seminars. The Digital Imaging business unit provides color measurement and management solutions that cover the needs of the entire graphics art workflow, from creation and prepress with the award winning EyeOne and ProfileMaker calibration and profiling line of products, to production with a wide range of densitometers, spectrophotometers, XY scanning spectrophotometers and Ink Formulation solutions. The Color and Appearance business unit offers complete enterprise color management solutions to paint, plastics, textile and automotive companies to help them ensure color repeatability and compliance and achieve faster time to market.
